All buyers of Namjin Zine are automatically assumed to be aware and agreeable to our order process, as well as all the terms and conditions stated in on page whenever a purchase is made.
Shipping and delivery:
✿All products listed in this shop are pre-order items. During the pre-order stage, products have yet to be sent into production. After the pre-order stage is over, items will be sent into production and will only be shipped out once all physical zines and merchandise have been produced. Shipping of items will happen approximately in April 2022 however, this is subject to delays. Please check our twitter page for any and all updates.
✿ Orders are shipped from Singapore. Delivery time will vary depending on your location. COVID-19 measures might also mean that there are delays.
✿ Digital Zines will only be emailed out to buyers once physical orders have been shipped out.
✿ Buyers are responsible for any customs and taxes that may apply to their order. Namjin Zine is not responsible for any delays due to customs.
✿ All orders containing more than one bundle will have all bundles and items shipped in the same package.
Refunds and replacements:
✿ The purchase of shipping insurance with your order covers refunds and replacements in the following cases:
- Order was lost in transit.
- Items were damaged during transit due to mishandling of the shipping company.
✿ Regardless of whether the buyer has purchased shipping insurance with their package or not, Namjin Zine will offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Order was lost due to an incorrectly printed address on the part of Namjin Zine (address on the label is different from the one on the order).
- Missing/wrong items due to a logistics error on Namjin Zine's part.
✿ Unless the buyer has purchased shipping insurance with their package, Namjin Zine will not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Order was lost in transit.
- Items were damaged during transit due to mishandling of the shipping company.
✿ Shipping insurance does not apply to the following cases, for which Namjin Zine will NOT offer refunds or replacements:
- Order was delivered at an old address (without being returned) due to the buyer not informing the change to Namjin Zine by the cut off date. The cut off date will be announced on our Twitter closer to the shipping period.
- Order was delivered at the wrong address (without being returned) due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer on their order.
✿ In cases where an order is returned to Namjin Zine Love due to a mistake on the buyer’s part (such as an incorrect address on the order, no one to receive the package after several delivery attempts by the shipping company, etc), the buyer can opt to have the package resent to them if they pay for shipping. If the buyer does not wish to pay the shipping fee to have the package resent, they will only be refunded the value of the product.
Namjin Zine reserves the right to refund or cancel any orders that do not follow the Terms and Conditions.
